8th President's Centennial Dinner

Tuesday, 29 October 2019
Hyderabad, India

This year’s Centennial Dinner takes place at the Taj Falaknuma Palace, in Hyderabad, India, on the eve of the 50th Union World Conference on Lung Health.

Located 2,000 feet above the city of Hyderabad, the Taj Falaknuma Palace is described as “a jewel amongst the clouds”. This splendid palace was built in 1894 by Sir Viqar-ul-Umra, the Prime Minister of Hyderabad, in a classical style from Italian marble. It has hosted royalty and dignitaries from all over the globe throughout its rich history, including King George V, Queen Mary, Edward VIII and Tsar Nicholas II and is a fitting place to mark The Union's 99th year.

This year’s dinner promises to be one of the most significant events to date. You are encouraged to reserve your place early.

Registration will open shortly.

When: Tuesday 29 October, from 18:00
